Westminster Abbey largely dates to the Norman Conquest, though the Western Towers were more recently constructing in the mid-18th century. Westminster Abbey has been the setting for every Royal Coronation since 1066. You can visit the Chapter House, and view its medieval floor tiles and wall paintings showing scenes from the Apocalypse.
